Please be aware that due to the way I now work, I'm often out and about and have the phone set to silent mode when out. If you leave me a message, I will get back to you as soon as I am able to, but definitely not during weekends or in the evenings.
Catalogues are usually available on request, but are currently under revision. When they are revised, I will announce it.
NB: I no longer accept cheques or crossed Postal Orders BUT I do accept all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer to use Paypal, I will accept this, provided that you add 5% to the cost of the order to absorb their high interest charges. Any order valuing less than £10 will incur an additional charge of 29p and cannot be placed online.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
We charge actual cost of postage - whatever it costs us - but there is no charge for packaging.
Please be aware that orders of cardstock, magazines, Grunge Board, etc will cost more to send, being heavy.
We do our best to send goods out on the day they are ordered - or the day after, in the case of internet orders received afternoon or evening. We pride ourselves on our Customer service and speedy expedition and always do our best to ensure that customers are satisfied. Please don't abuse our belief in the fundamental good of human nature.
PLEASE NOTE
Katy's Corner accepts no liability for items lost in the mail. Should you wish your order to be insured for more than £36.00, then you will need to request Special Delivery. Please specify on your order and ask me if you need to know how much this will cost.
Royal Mail cover all parcels with a Certificate of Posting to the value of 100 x the cost of a first class stamp. This insurance does NOT increase if Recorded Delivery is used and there is no check whatsoever on where the parcel goes, which means it can't even be traced.
We will NOT replace any items worth more than £36.00 which go astray unless shipped by Special Delivery.
