Brayer

Instructions

First take a Versamark pad and ink up the Queen Anne's Lace stamp.  Stamp onto glossy cardstock, then heat set with a heat tool.  Using the Big 'n' Juicy Waterfall inkpad, ink up the brayer, then brayer over the image already stamped, making sure to apply a good layer of colour.  After a minute or two, gently buff off the ink with a piece of kitchen towel, revealing the white of the card where the ink has resisted the coloured ink.  Then take the word stamp and stamp in Stazon.  Trim and adhere to card.

The Queen Anne's Lace stamp is particularly effective and quick when used on a brayered card.  See samples below.

Permanent black ink

Instructions

Ink up the stamp with the Big 'n' Juicy Happy Birthday pad, then take your spritzer and spritz the inked stamp with a very fine spray.  Stamp onto watercolour paper to achieve a lovely watercolour effect.  Then take the words stamp and ink up with permanent black ink - I used Brilliance Graphite Black - and stamp over your image.  Trim and mount onto cardstock.  You can easily pretty this up by using a corner punch to add some detail.
